Russia and Azerbaijan discussed the opening of a ceasefire monitoring center in Karabakh

Vladimir Putin and his Azerbaijani counterpart, President Ilham Aliyev, opened a telephone conversation, during which they discussed the opening of the Russian-Turkish focus on monitoring the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh.

This was reported by the Kremlin press service.

The heads of the kingdoms welcomed the creation of the facility and formulated the hope for the further fulfillment of all obligations to completely end the heat in the region. Also, Putin and Aliyev discussed other issues – which, in fact, are not specified.

Let us remind you that in accordance with the agreements between Russia and Turkey, any region can send no more than 60 military personnel to the center. Drones are used to monitor the ceasefire – the focus also has a connection with the headquarters of Russian peacekeepers in the region.
