From May 1, Russians arriving from abroad will have to take a PCR test for coronavirus twice. This follows from the decree of Rospotrebnadzor.
Until May 1, this requirement will apply to those who return from Turkey and Tanzania.
The second test for coronavirus infection must be carried out within five days from the date of arrival in Russia. The interval between studies should be at least one day. Then both results will need to be uploaded to a single portal of public services.
The document also says that the territorial bodies of Rospotrebnadzor at airports will selectively check foreigners for coronavirus.
The department decree comes into force on April 21.
We will remind, Russia has limited passenger flights with Turkey due to a new outbreak of coronavirus in this country from April 15 to June 1. Flights to Tanzania were also suspended. Tourists will be able to return home by export flights. Earlier, the Federal Air Transport Agency compiled memos for Russian tourists in Turkey and Tanzania and who have tickets for flights there until June 1.
