The Portuguese record is officially recognized. “Nice to get into the book of records! I will try to improve my result, ”wrote the 36-year-old forward. The certificate was issued to the striker as the top scorer in the history of football at the national team level.
On September 1, Ronaldo scored a double and helped Portugal defeat Ireland in a World Cup qualifier. The striker scored the 110th and 111th goals for the national team and with the first goal went down in sports history as the top scorer at the national team level.
