Recall that in the first round of the Grand Prix on the Sakhir track, Grosjean collided with the pilot of the Alpha Tauri team, Daniil Kvyat. Grosjean’s car flew into the bump stop, caught fire and exploded. Fortunately, Grosjean himself managed to get out. He was taken to the hospital. Only melted pieces remained from the car.
In his address to the fans, Romain Grosjean thanked them for their messages, and also thanked the medical staff for the assistance provided on time.
