People working in the Rescue Center of the Mundo Marino Foundation (Argentina) always have a lot of important things to do.
Rescuers have to help sea lions entangled in fishing nets and garbage that is carelessly thrown into the sea. At the same time, not only the waste that ended up directly in the water is dangerous, but also the rubbish left by vacationers on the beaches.
Experts from the Rescue Center said that the situation with littered water is becoming both depressing and very alarming. By talking about their work, during which they help animals out of trouble, caring rescuers hope to influence the public and make people treat their garbage responsibly.
