This week, German Chancellor Advisor Jens Pletner will hold a meeting with colleagues from Russia and France on resolving the conflict in Ukraine. This was told by the official representative of the German government Steffen Hebeshtreit, reports TASS.
According to him, a specific date will be announced later.
In the coming days, negotiations will also take place at the level of foreign policy advisers of Germany, France and Ukraine, the date has not yet been named.
At the same time, it is specified that at the moment the German government cannot say anything about possible contacts between Russia and Germany at the highest level.
Earlier it was reported that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, in his first New Year’s address in this position, drew attention to the situation around Ukraine.
