The meeting is being chaired by Belarusian leader Alexander Lukashenko. His Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, as well as the heads of government and chambers of parliaments of the two countries, are taking part in the discussions.
The agenda includes discussion of a project to implement the provisions of the Treaty on the Creation of the Union State for 2021-2023. Issues of trade and economic cooperation between Moscow and Minsk, the concept of migration policy, and the awarding of a prize in the field of science and technology will be considered.
