We all love chicken chops. Every housewife or host tries to put this wonderful dish on the festive table – but how to choose the right proven recipe?
To make the baked chicken in batter tender and juicy, you can use this recipe:

- 4 chicken breasts;
- 30g mustard;
- 40 g of honey;
- sunflower oil 30 ml;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 50 g mayonnaise;
- red pepper to taste;
- paprika to taste;
- salt to taste.
- For marinade, mix mustard, finely chopped garlic, sunflower oil, liquid honey and mayonnaise.
- Add spices and salt to taste and mix thoroughly. Prepare the chicken breasts and cut them into thin slices. Now you can beat off the meat, but do it carefully so as not to accidentally turn it into something more like minced meat (you can use cling film).
- Place the beaten chicken fillet in a deep bowl, pour over the marinade and leave it for 1-2 hours.
- After the time has elapsed, put the chicken on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, pour the meat with the remaining marinade and send it to the oven preheated to 180C for 40 minutes.
