American rapper Kodak Black was sentenced to 18 months probation for pounding on a schoolgirl in a hotel room, as reported by ABC News.
The incident happened in 2016 in the city of Florence in the state of Midday Carolina. Then the underage young lady said that the performer attacked her at the hotel after the concert. The victim told about the incident of an employee of the school, who, in turn, turned to the police.
The perpetrator was accused of rape, but he made a deal with the investigation and pleaded guilty. Now he faces ten years in prison if he does not violate the situation of an 18-month probationary period.
It is famous that this is not the first conviction of a hip-hop artist. He was repeatedly prosecuted in drug and arms cases.
In 2019, he was sentenced to 46 months in prison for providing false information to buy a firearm, but after serving less than half of the sentence, he received a presidential pardon from Donald Trump.
