Deputy Speaker of the State Duma, candidate to the State Duma of the 8th convocation Pyotr Tolstoy said that he considers it correct to introduce quotas for the share of migrants in socially significant sectors.
In the South-Eastern District, there are many old emergency housing where young people do not live – they rent it out to newcomers. Indeed, many people who work in Moscow, have come from other countries, work here at construction sites, at industrial enterprises – there is nothing wrong with that. The most important thing is that these people do not form their own separate communities, so that they assimilate within our city, so that they do not violate the laws that exist in Moscow,
– said Tolstoy.
In his opinion, in case of violation of the law by migrants, adequate penalties should be taken.
If a person has broken the law, [нужно] deport. The same – the deprivation of the right to enter Russia – applies to those who break the law in their homeland in relation to the Russians, I think we must protect the Russians who still live in Central Asia. In general, the policy on migration should, on the one hand, be reasonable – we must understand that employers need to fill the labor resources in some way, on the other hand, Moscow cannot be turned into a city where Muscovites themselves have difficulty finding their bearings in the circulation of people. … A smart approach is needed
– stressed Tolstoy.
Paid from the funds of the electoral fund of the candidate for the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the eighth convocation in the city of Moscow – Lublin single-mandate constituency No. 199 Tolstoy Petr Olegovich.
