Vladimir Putin will take part in the G20 summit via video link on October 30-31, TASS reports with reference to the Kremlin.
The Russian leader will discuss with colleagues the global economic recovery and digital transformation.
Key decisions of the summit will be recorded in the final declaration.
This year’s event takes place in Rome under the chairmanship of Italy.
Earlier it was reported that the President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping will also take part in the events via video link.
At the same time, US President Joe Biden arrived in the Italian capital to attend the summit in person.
