Document text published in electronic database under the house of parliament. In accordance with the bill, it is proposed to remove the age restriction for civil servants who fill the positions of the particular service associated with reaching the 70th anniversary.

The explanatory scribble shows that the current age limit for a citizen holding a public office is 65 years. Nevertheless, in the relationship of a particular target, it is allowed to extend his term of office for another five years.

This measure will apply to “the most qualified and experienced leaders”, as shown in the bill. The amendment is proposed to be introduced into Article 25.1 of the Federal Law “On State Particular Service in Russia”.
