The President said that “it is necessary for the result to be maximum from the point of view of economic development,” and “so that we should be careful about public finances.”
According to him, it is necessary that “each ruble is effectively used and benefits the development of the economy and each individual person.”
The President’s message to parliament will be announced on April 21. Earlier, the press secretary of the head of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov told who will be present at Putin’s message. Deputies and senators, as well as the governor’s corps will take part in the event. The message will be dedicated to overcoming the crisis associated with the coronavirus pandemic and systemic support measures.
Russian TV channels have scheduled one hour in the broadcasting schedule for a message from the head of state.
