Russian President Vladimir Putin and Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer had a telephone conversation and discussed issues related to the special military operation in Ukraine. This was reported in the press service of the Kremlin.
“At the request of the Federal Chancellor of Austria, the President of Russia gave an assessment of the situation in the context of the ongoing special military operation to protect Donbass and informed about the work to ensure the safety of navigation in the waters of the Azov and Black Seas,” the message says.
In addition, the Russian leader drew the attention of the Austrian chancellor to the fact that Ukraine should clear the ports as soon as possible so that the blocked courts could pass freely.
