It is noted that Klishas, Krasheninnikov and Khabrieva will represent Putin when considering other bills in parliament, in particular, on amendments to the Civil, Family and Criminal Procedure Codes of the Russian Federation. The corresponding presidential decree was published on Wednesday on the official Internet portal of legal information.
Earlier it was reported that Putin submitted to the State Duma a bill on the status, structure and powers of the State Council.
According to the current legislation, the State Council is an advisory body that promotes the implementation of the powers of the head of state on ensuring the coordinated functioning and interaction of government bodies. The members of the State Council are the chairman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, plenipotentiary representatives of the President of the Russian Federation in federal districts, senior officials of the constituent entities, leaders of factions in the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
