Onion of the Armenian government criticized the Azerbaijani authorities for delaying the extradition of prisoners of war. The parties also discussed other issues.

Vladimir Putin opened a telephone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. The parties discussed the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the Kremlin press service.
Putin and Pashinyan, in particular, discussed the implementation of the agreements reached by Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia on November 9 of last year, as well as those they reached on January 11.
As stated in the notice of the press service of the Armenian government, Pashinyan criticized Azerbaijan for not being smart enough to give out prisoners of war and hostages.
The parties also paid attention to other demands – which, in fact, are not specified.
Recall that at a meeting in Moscow on January 11, Putin, Pashinyan and Aliyev agreed on the development of the economy of Nagorno-Karabakh – above all, the transport infrastructure.
