Turkish publicist Mehmet Ali Guler suggested that Russian President Vladimir Putin wants to end the conflict in Ukraine as soon as possible.
On February 24, the Russian leader announced a “military special operation” and sent troops into Ukraine. At the same time, the timing of the “military special operation” was not indicated, but many Russian experts said that the Russian Federation would achieve victory in a matter of weeks.
But in the end, the hostilities dragged on, and on September 21, Putin announced mobilization in Russia.
According to the Turkish journalist, which he expressed in an article on the pages of Cumhuriyet, this decision is a political move to stop the conflict. Putin showed that the United States should stop supplying weapons to Ukraine, since the Russian Federation has enough people to send to the front.
Now summonses are being distributed all over the Russian Federation, and the military commissars say that some of the mobilized will be at the front in the near future. It all depends on what military specialty they have, since in some specialties retraining can be reduced to a week.
