US President Joe Biden has no plans for telephone talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin yet, White House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said.
According to her, in the next couple of days, the American head intends to continue to conduct telephone conversations with foreign leaders, but he has no plans to talk with Putin yet, reports TASS.
Psaki added that last week Biden instructed the country’s special services to conduct a full assessment of Russia’s alleged interference in the US elections, the situation regarding the recent cyberattack affecting US government structures, and other issues.
Earlier, Moscow has repeatedly denied any involvement of Moscow in the above.
Psaki said last week that Biden is not going to have a conversation with previous US President Donald Trump anytime soon. Prior to that, she also commented on the possibility of a telephone conversation between Biden and Putin.
