In Vladivostok, protesters took to the ice of the Amur Bay during an uncoordinated protest action, reports NTV.
As the TV channel clarifies, at first the participants of the event gathered in the central square of the city, but at some point they began to dance in circles on the ice.
Police officers warned them about the danger of such actions and urged them to disperse.
According to police, in Vladivostok during protest events detained less than ten people, three of them carried propaganda posters. The Interior Ministry said that about six dozen residents took to the streets of the city today.
Meanwhile, in Irkutsk, the participants in the uncoordinated action danced round the New Year tree in the city square.
