Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko said that the country has developed a global infrastructure development plan, it is planned to allocate $ 10.9 billion for activities under the plan, RIA Novosti reports.
The Belarusian Prime Minister announced this at the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly.
According to him, the national infrastructure plan of Belarus is a concrete action plan, in which there should not be “any chaos and disunity”.
Golovchenko explained that the plan included about a thousand objects with funding of over 28 billion Belarusian rubles, or $ 10.9 billion. He stressed that sources of funding for social facilities have already been found.

Earlier, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko proposed making the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly a constitutional body and empowering it.
Prior to this, the head of Belarus at the All-Belarusian People’s Assembly also announced the submission of the draft of the country’s new constitution to a referendum in early 2022.
