Why are they called that? Because they are made in the shape of a bird’s house. And inside they put a delicious filling, which is covered with cheese on top.

Such a dish is suitable both for an everyday lunch or dinner, and for a festive table as a meat snack.
They are cooked in the oven without prior frying. It turns out to be very juicy, hearty and incredibly tasty.

Ingredients for the nests:
Minced meat (beef can be used) – 500 g Onions – 1 piece Carrots – 1 piece Egg – 1 piece Sour cream – 1 tbsp. Flour c / z – 30 g Salt, spices – to taste

Ingredients for the filling: Cheese – 100 g Egg – 1 piece Sour cream – 1 tbsp. Salt

⠀ Preparation:
Mix all nesting ingredients. Mix everything for the filling. Form nests, lay out the filling. Send to the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
We eat such nests for lunch with a side dish and salad and for dinner with a salad when we are losing weight.

Bon Appetit!
