PP Cheese Buns Recipe

The view that baking is prohibited on a diet is wrong. It is impossible to deny the valuable key nutrients, it is unusual when the body is under stress. However, not all baked goods are allowed to be consumed in the distance. Diet buns are one of the foods allowed for losing weight and following the correct nutrition (PP).

PP Cheese Buns Recipe

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese 5% – 180 g Rice maeta – 80 g Egg – 1 piece Wet yolk – 1 piece Sesame seeds – 20 g Semi-hard cheese – 30 g Baking powder – 1 tsp. Salt Dried garlic and herbs – to taste

⠀ Preparation:

1. Add the egg to the curd and mix well.

2. Add sifted flour, baking powder to the curd mass and knead the dough.

3. Add salt, dried garlic and herbs to the dough to taste, stir well until smooth.

4. Cut the cheese into large volumetric rectangles (so that later they fit into a bun).

5. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

6. From any bite of dough we form a flat cake, put cheese on it and form a ball out of the dough (give the shape of a round bun).

7. Put the buns on a baking dish and grease with yolk (for golden color).

8. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of each bun and send to the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for approximately 30 minutes (should be baked until golden brown).
