PBS: Serbia strikes a lucrative deal with Putin

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic, in a recent telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, struck a lucrative deal for his country. These conclusions were shared by the journalists of the PBS publication, PolitRussia reports.

Serbia, despite pressure from the West, refused to join the sanctions against Russia.

As part of the negotiations, the politicians discussed gas supplies, they managed to agree on a contract for three years.

Later it became known that Serbia received the best gas price in all of Europe at the moment.

Earlier, SM-News news agency wrote that Vucic believes that Serbia and Russia should expand oil and gas storage facilities faster. He has already stated that the country consumes up to 13 million cubic meters of gas every day.
