Opposition insists on complete removal of Pashinyan from power
Prime Minister Nicole Pashinyan promised that he will resign in April, after which he will serve as head of government until the parliamentary elections.
Pashinyan said this at a meeting with residents of the village of Aragats in Armavir region on Sunday, March 28. At the same time, he stressed that he was not going to leave politics and power.
“I will resign in April. But not to leave power, but to hold early parliamentary elections. I will continue to act as prime minister “,
– said Nikol Pashinyan.
He has no doubts that the country’s population will vote for his political strength, after which both his party and he himself will continue to serve Armenia. “With even more efficiency than before”…
According to the chairman of the public organization “Union of Informed Citizens” Daniel Ioannisyan, in his Sunday trip to the Armavir region, Pashinyan used an administrative resource.
“For example, the statement on asphalting roads at the expense of the state was fully derived from the powers of the prime minister, but on the spot it was used to gain a competitive advantage in the elections. After all, the oppositionists during their election campaign cannot say “that they have made a decision to pave the roads.” In other words, the position was used to gain a competitive advantage. This is unacceptable and is a clear abuse of the administrative resource “,
– Ioannisyan is sure.
And in the ranks of the opposition Movement to Save the Motherland, they insist that Pashinyan cannot even remain acting prime minister during the election campaign for this very reason – he will certainly use the administrative resource.
One of the leaders of the “Movement”, representative of the ARF Dashnaktsutyun Ishkhan Sagatelyan I am sure that Nikol Pashinyan views the upcoming elections as an opportunity for his salvation, therefore, he will exert all his strength and capabilities that the head of government has to win his party. In this connection, the opposition is changing its plans and will seek the complete resignation of the Prime Minister. In addition, opposition politicians organize visits to the regions to clarify the situation in the country.
“Over the next two weeks, we must do everything to make this de jure resignation a de facto resignation, that is, after his resignation, he was completely removed from the government. If the opposition cannot achieve this, then during the upcoming elections no party should cooperate with Pashinyan. These elections should not be held as usual. They must become a program to save the Motherland and eliminate traitors, “
– Ishkhan Saghatelyan told reporters about the plans of the Movement to Save the Motherland.
