Vladimir Putin signed a federal law that gives parents the right to receive data on the health of their minor children who have reached the age of 15. The document is posted on the official website of legal information.
It was proposed to amend the law "On the Fundamentals of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation" in terms of the rights of minors over the age of 15 years.
The law extends the right of parents or legal representatives to receive information about the health of minors after they reach the age of adolescence.
Earlier, the Samara Provincial Duma came forward with a corresponding initiative, which introduced a draft of the relevant law to the lower house of the Russian parliament in 2018.
