American rapper Kanye West has applied for registration as a presidential candidate in the state of New Jersey. This is evidenced by data from the website of the state election commission.
It is noted that the artist provided 1,327 signatures of registered voters in the state. At the same time, the minimum threshold – 800 signatures – he managed to confidently overcome. True, West forgot to indicate his campaign slogan in the documents.
Now, according to the law, everyone can, by July 31st, express their objections to West’s election.
