Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov answered a question about a possible meeting between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden in October this year.
According to Peskov, since the last summit of the two presidents in Geneva, contacts between Moscow and Washington have continued at different levels.
However, there are no specific “estimates” about new contacts at the highest level, Peskov emphasized.
Earlier, some media reported that a new summit of the Russian and American presidents would allegedly take place in October. A high-ranking source, answering a question from RIA Novosti, later called this information a fake, noting that there was no preparation for such a meeting.
