She was wearing a very short gold dress with a plunging neckline and high heels.
Agree that such an outfit would be more suitable for performing on stage or for going to a nightclub. Perhaps the Queen shows with her whole appearance that she is “still nothing”. Or trying to arouse the jealousy of her husband.
