45% of new infections occur in North and South America, where 211,353 people fell ill, followed by Europe (179,917), and South-East Asia (28,732) in third place.
The United States ranks first in the world in terms of the number of cases of coronavirus, where 25,050,308 people were infected, India is in second place (10,689,527 cases of infection), and Brazil is in third (8,871,393).
