Mishustin held telephone conversations with the Prime Minister of Belarus

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin held telephone talks with his Belarusian counterpart Roman Golovchenko.

As reported on the website of the Cabinet, the prime ministers of the two countries discussed trade and economic cooperation, paying special attention to the energy and transport spheres.

Note that the day before, Mishustin and Golovchenko also spoke by phone. It was reported that the prime ministers discussed interaction within the Union State.

Today a Russian military delegation headed by Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu arrived in Minsk on a working visit. It is noted that the purpose of the visit will be to discuss issues of bilateral military cooperation between Belarus and Russia.

At the beginning of this week in Sochi, a meeting was held between the presidents of Russia and Belarus, Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko. The negotiations lasted more than four hours.
