The Moscow City Court on Friday postponed the hearing on the complaint against the verdict in the case of football players Alexander Kokorin and Pavel Mamaev until August 3. In turn, Mamaev said that he was ready to accept any court decision, the TV channel "360" reports.
In addition, at the exit from the court building, the athlete also answered reporters when asked whether the situation for the player after the verdict was passed.
“It will only get better,” stressed Pavel Mamaev.
Recall that in the fall of 2018, Kokorin and Mamaev attacked a visitor to the capital's cafe. During the investigation, it became known that the players could be involved in the beating of another person. Thus, the court sentenced the players to 1.5 years in a general regime colony. Last fall, they were released on parole.
