Mackerel baked on vegetables: recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mackerel – 300 grams
  • Onion – 1 piece
  • Carrots – 1 piece
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 piece
  • Tomato – 1 piece
  • Lemon – 1/2 piece
  • Salt, spices – to taste

Cooking:

  1. Peel the carrots and grate on a coarse grater.
  2. Blanch the tomato and remove the skin from it, cut into cubes.
  3. We clean the onion and cut into half rings. Pepper cut into cubes
  4. Mix vegetables together.
  5. Defrost and gut the fish. We wash and dry.
  6. Squeeze lemon juice on top and inside the fish. Salt and sprinkle with seasonings to taste.
  7. Let it brew for 20 minutes.
  8. We put the vegetables at the bottom of the bag (sleeve) for baking. Lay mackerel on top. We tie the end of the package.
  9. Bake at 180 C for 20-30 minutes. Serve along with vegetables.
