Lukashenko discussed the situation in Kazakhstan with Nazarbayev by phone

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko phoned the first president of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev. They discussed the protests taking place in the republic, BelTA informs.

According to the agency, the interlocutors discussed in detail the state of affairs in Kazakhstan. A few hours earlier, Lukashenko spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. A spokesman for the Russian leader said the politicians discussed joint actions to ensure order in Kazakhstan.

Earlier, the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, thanked Vladimir Putin for the quick response to his appeal regarding the peacekeepers.
