Leaders of the USA, Germany, France and Great Britain will hold a meeting on Iran

On October 30, the leaders of the United States, Germany, France and Great Britain will hold a meeting on Iran on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Rome, dedicated to the resumption of negotiations on an Iranian nuclear deal, TASS reports.

This was stated during a briefing by the Assistant to the President of the United States for National Security Jake Sullivan.

According to him, during the summit, the leaders of the countries will have an opportunity to discuss the resumption of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear deal.

He also noted that the American side is ready for these meetings, but so far does not make unambiguous conclusions about Tehran’s readiness to return to negotiations in Vienna.

“It is not yet clear to me whether Iran is ready to return to negotiations. We have heard positive signals that they are ready. But I think we have to wait, ”he added.

Earlier, Iranian parliamentary deputy Behruz Mohebbi Najm Abadi said that the republic’s authorities plan to start negotiations on a nuclear deal within a week. It was also noted that the countries of the world “received a serious and clear message.”
