The Fotruna pipe-laying barge has started the completion of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline in Danish waters. This is stated in a statement to the journalists of the Nord Stream 2 company.
The representatives of the corporation noted that all work on the project is being carried out in accordance with the received approvals. “The ship“ Fortuna ”in the construction corridor in the waters of Denmark has begun work on the resumption of the construction of the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, the company noted.
Earlier, Director General of the Institute of National Energy Sergei Pravosudov assessed the likelihood of closing the project due to the decision of the European Parliament. According to him, the construction of the gas pipeline will be completed under any circumstances.
