The Russian Foreign Minister in an interview with RBC answered the question whether the real fears of the Russians that exit trips could be introduced in the country visas, as in Soviet times.
“I don’t know who is talking about this,” Lavrov said. He suggested that such rumors are spread by those who yearn for the Soviet Union.
“This is their right,” the minister added.
Lavrov emphasized that he didn’t sees no need to introduce such measures. The minister also added that he had not heard of any plans of this kind from people who are more or less involved in making appropriate decisions.
