Valve manufacturing process
For the manufacture of the valve body, a piece of a profile pipe 100 mm long is required.
For the valve itself, a piece of strip 150 mm long is prepared.

Next, using a bolt, you need to assemble 2 eyes with an asterisk. The connection is made by welding. In order for the sprocket to rotate freely, a gap should be created using cardboard before welding.
The asterisk is applied to the body so as to dock with the chain hidden inside. After that, the eyes are welded.
Next, you need to do the original five-beam handle. Its base is made from a piece of pipe. You need to measure its circumference, and divide by 5. The resulting value will be the step for placing the rays. The tube is drilled according to the marks made according to the calculated pitch. Then 5 rays are cut out of the bar, and one of their edges is sharpened to a cone.

The beams are placed in a tube and welded in the center. Then the handle is welded onto the sprocket.
A bracket is bent from the strip, which will include the valve. It must be welded onto an even section of the strip. Also, 2 more ambassadors are welded onto the body of the valve to light it to the door.
Now it remains only to drill the mounting holes, and put the valve on the door. This is a very simple and reliable system. It will never close on its own, so it can be used in a house, an apartment, a garage, etc.
