Lasetsky noted that it would not be beneficial for the West. He cited as an example how in 1998 India and Pakistan were testing nuclear weapons, and the reaction of Western countries was not long in coming.
“Poland and Ukraine should have withdrawn from the 1968 Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, the OSCE, the Council of Europe, and Poland, additionally, from the EU and NATO,” the publicist said.
