Korean-style zucchini: a salad that gourmets will appreciate

Korean Zucchini: Recipe

Ingredients:

  • young zucchini – 800 g;
  • carrots – 200 g;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt – ½ tsp;
  • spice mixture – 20 g;
  • vinegar – 3 tsp l.;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • dill – 30 g;
  • basil – 30 g.

Cooking:

  1. Cut zucchini into thin strips.
  2. Similarly, cut the carrot into thin strips.
  3. Cut sweet pepper into thin strips.
  4. Chop the dill and basil.
  5. Combine chopped zucchini, carrots, sweet peppers and greens, add garlic passed through a press to them.
  6. Season the salad with salt, sugar, spices, vinegar and vegetable oil. Mix.
  7. Press down with a spoon so that the salad is well soaked.
  8. Put on 30 min. into the refrigerator.
