The regular season match of the Continental Hockey League (KHL) between the Finnish “Jokerit” and the Kazan “Ak Bars”, which was to be held on September 11 in Helsinki, has been postponed.
On September 10, it became known that after arriving in Riga, seven representatives of "Neftekhimik" had primary positive results after passing the mandatory rapid tests for SARS-CoV-2, of which only four cases were later confirmed.
- Due to the fact that on September 9, 2020 "Neftekhimik" played a match against "Jokerit" in Helsinki, the players of the Finnish team got into a contact group. They need to undergo additional testing for coronavirus, which makes it impossible to hold Friday's match with Ak Bars, - the press service of the KHL reports.
The league will inform you about the date and time of the postponement of the match "Jokerit" - "Ak Bars".
