Kefir diet for three days - minus 2 kg!

Although we are used to consuming yogurt in the morning, it would be a good idea to replace it with kefir. That’s why:

  1. Kefir is a healthy drink that is also called “magic milk”. It is made from goat, cow or sheep milk by fermentation. It is an excellent probiotic packed with beneficial bacteria, vitamins, minerals and nutrients.
  2. Kefir diets are very popular primarily because kefir is extremely healthy, nutritious and has therapeutic uses.
  3. Homemade kefir is much better than store-bought kefir and can be prepared very simply.
  4. It helps in the fight against osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, rejuvenates the skin, improves the condition of hair and nails, and most importantly, it contains very few carbohydrates.
  5. It even helps fight depression.
  6. Kefir contains many vitamins and minerals, such as vitamin D, and is also rich in calcium and high in protein.
  7. It is an excellent diuretic because it regulates the level of bacteria in the intestines and balances the intestinal flora.
  8. Some experts claim that kefir helps in the fight against cancer and malignant cells.
  9. It has been proven to lower blood cholesterol levels.

Sample menu for three days:

Breakfast:

  • Omelette with 2 eggs, cucumber salad and coffee with a spoonful of milk or:
  • Polenta and sour milk or:
  • Boiled egg, 1 toast with butter and tea with honey.

Snacks:

  • 300 ml of homemade kefir in the form of fruit yogurt.

Dinner:

  • Chicken soup, cooked carrots, 100 g chicken white meat, beetroot salad and toast or:
  • Stew, 300 g cooked vegetables (mix) and fresh cabbage salad.

Snacks:

  • 300 ml homemade kefir

Dinner:

  • 150 g fish grilled or baked in foil, green salad and herbal tea or:
  • large potatoes
