Carrots affect not only vision, said Yevgeny Komarovsky / UNIAN

Pediatrician, candidate of medical sciences, TV presenter Yevgeny Komarovsky shared that carrots are useful not only for vision.

In one serving of carrots (one medium carrot or ½ cup chopped) contains more than 05% of the average daily recommended amount of vitamin A, the doctor shared on Instagram.

The doctor added that this root crop also has anti-inflammatory properties.
