“What do we have for breakfast today?” – this is the phrase I usually hear in response to my attempts to wake up my daughter or son in the morning. And the tastier the proposed option, the more chances I have of not running with Liza or Andryusha headlong for the first lesson to school, because we are late again.

A delicious breakfast is an argument and motivation for my children to get out of bed in a good mood. Only it is important for me that it is also useful, so I had to develop many interesting options, among which my favorite is cottage cheese pancakes and semolina in sesame.

And also inside them is a sweet banana, thanks to which they turn out to be unusually appetizing and tender.

When my sister first tried these cheesecakes, she said that she had never tasted anything tastier for breakfast! And my children and my husband say that they also like it very much, I think you will like it too, dear reader.

Today we will tell you how to make cottage cheese pancakes with semolina and sesame seeds. For everything about everything, no more than half an hour!

Ingredients:

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • oh, 5 bananas
  • 1 tbsp. l. semolina
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3-4 st. l. sesame

Preparation:

In a dry frying pan, fry the sesame seeds until light golden brown.

Cut the banana into thin slices, mash the curd thoroughly. Combine cottage cheese and banana in a convenient container. Mash them until smooth.

Combine the yolk of one egg, milk, sugar and semolina in a separate container. Mix everything thoroughly. Leave to infuse for 2 minutes to swell the semolina.

Pour the egg-semolina mixture into the curd and start shaping the curd cakes. Roll the pancakes in lightly toasted sesame seeds.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper, then put the cheese cakes on top and put in the oven. Bake curd cakes for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Let the pancakes cool down and put them on a plate. Serve with sour cream or jam. Enjoy your meal!
