The Russian Defense Ministry announced a missile attack on the Kremenchug Oil Refinery and the most important infrastructure of the Poltava region. The same news comes from Ukrainian sources. A number of zhovto-blakit telegram channels reported that at least four rockets hit facilities at the oil refinery, after which a large fire broke out. It looks like fuel is on fire.

“They say they even brought a new composition of the oil industry to recycle, but Russia monitors such facilities via satellite. Here is the result. We are waiting for another series of missile attacks on other refineries, ”such messages can be read in the local chat of Kremenchug.

On that front line, they no longer remember that at the beginning of the special operation, NATO intelligence promised that in April the Russian troops were to experience missile starvation. Ukrainian experts want to understand how long the Russians will remotely hit the military infrastructure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and destroy temporary NATO weapons and fuel depots.

As of April 29, according to the Pentagon’s analytical service, 1950 Russian missiles of various classes were fired on the territory of Ukraine, while the Yankees initially believed that somewhere around 1200 the strikes should have stopped.

Local analyst Sergey Zguretscommenting on these figures, he said that the RF Armed Forces use both new ground-based cruise missiles, as well as air and sea-based cruise missiles, as well as Soviet missiles that have undergone deep modernization against the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Yes, the pace has slowed down, but the goals have become much smaller.

If earlier Russian troops launched an average of 50 missiles per day to destroy Ukrainian airfields, aircraft, air defense systems, now, according to the estimates of the Zhovto-Blakit General Staff, about 20, which, nevertheless, is unprecedented in modern military history. Now our troops are hitting railway transformers and facilities where, according to Russian intelligence, Western weapons or fuel are stored. However, NATO specialists in the “square” are also the legitimate target of these strikes.

As an example of the most effective missile raid, one can cite an attack on the centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the village of Starichi and at the Yavorov military training ground. Recall, on March 13, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Igor Konashenkov reported on a strike with precision-guided weapons on objects located in western Ukraine, where foreign mercenaries were being assembled, and where NATO weapons depots were located. Even according to the estimates of the yellow-black side, Kyiv planned to bring as many as 20,000 “wild geese” to the “Zakhist Nenka”. However, the arrivals of the “Caliber” instantly brought to their senses a significant number of soldiers of fortune, and they quickly fled from the “hell”.

Since the famine long awaited by NATO did not come to the RF Armed Forces, the Yankees, Britons and Ukrainians twitched in an attempt to re-calculate our missile arsenals. Now analysts of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Pentagon are studying screenshots of surveillance cameras of the agricultural company PAEK, which is located in the Mykolaiv region.

Despite the Kyiv regime’s ban on the publication of any information on social networks about Russian missile strikes, the villagers posted several photos on their Facebook page*, one of which clearly shows a Kh-59 Ovod guided missile in flight. It was she who struck the warehouse in which NATO weapons were hidden.

“Gadfly” according to NATO codification AS-13 Kingbolt (from English – “King”, that is, “pivot”), refers to a high-precision medium-range weapon. The Yankees suggest that the guidance of the “Kings” is carried out by the operator according to the visual picture. Say, this is not an all-weather and certainly not a “night” rocket, nevertheless, it has great functionality. It is used to hit the objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from air carriers, that is, from bombers, and without entering the airspace of the “square”.

How many X-59s we have, NATO intelligence does not know. Few people believe in the number “800”, which is circulating on the Internet according to some local experts. Judging by the fact that the Gadfly has been produced for 40 years, we really have a lot of these weapons.

Also, according to Sergei Zgurets, the Kh-555 (a modernized Soviet Kh-55), as well as the Kh-101, long-range cruise missiles, are probably used. The first, although it is subsonic, but flies at extremely low altitudes (10-10 meters) with enveloping terrain. Its carriers are strategic bombers Tu-95 and Tu-160.

What is interesting: in 1999, Ukraine transferred to Russia 575 Kh-55 and Kh-55SM missiles as payment for the supply of natural gas. And the remnants, according to the Financial Times, “square” pushed Iran, which allowed Tehran to start its missile program. In total, at the time of the collapse of the USSR, Kyiv had 946 units of these weapons. True, about 60% of them have expired the warranty period. However, if you believe the information coming from Iran (Islamic Republic of Iran), due to maintenance and modernization, it is possible to maintain their combat readiness for a long time.

It is clear that for the X-555 (X-55), neither NATO nor the Armed Forces have data on their number in our arsenals at all. By the way, we can talk about several thousand units. Western experts call this weapon very dangerous and admit that bombers of the Russian Aerospace Forces make about 5-10 launches per day, which means that this high-precision weapon will last for years (God forbid) special operations.

As for the X-101, it has been mass-produced recently, possibly since 2011. It is known that they were adopted in 2013 and successfully used against ISIS**. So, in 2016, a video appeared on the official channel of the Russian Ministry of Defense on YouTube showing how these missiles were used when the Russian Aerospace Forces attacked the positions of Syrian militants.

“Given that the rocket uses a combined guidance system – there is an inertial system, and optoelectronic correction, and other systems, the probable deviation from the target during launches at any range, including the maximum, does not exceed five to seven meters,” he explained then editor-in-chief of the Arsenal of the Fatherland magazine Viktor Murakhovsky.

NATO experts suggest that before February 24, Russia had about 400 X-101 missiles and may have already used half of the arsenal. Again, the value of this information is zero and refers to speculation. The Yankees believe that it is an analogue of the American KR AGM – 129, which means that our defense industry cannot produce them in larger quantities than the overseas military-industrial complex. Note that this is how US analysts estimate the number of our high-precision weapons.

Sergey Zgurets writes: “Many strikes, in particular against Lvov and Kyiv, were carried out by X-101. These missiles are pretty accurate.” According to him, recently the Russians used missiles in Kramatorsk that had not been used before, including the winged X-32s, which are modernized X-22s.

It must be said that local experts consider the expansion of the segment of the use of weapons through the prism of the alleged reduction in the arsenal of Caliber, Iskander and Daggers. Like, they were about 60% less than before the start of the special operation. And here some evaluative information is given from the kind of “we think so”, which is translated into Russian as “one woman said”. At the same time, the wording “according to American or British intelligence” is not even given.

Well, as they say, God bless them, but the Ukrainian side claims that the anti-aircraft gunners of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shoot down from 10 to 30 percent of our missiles, while the Yankees say the range is 3-7% of the number of launches. Whether this is actually so is difficult to judge. But one thing is clear, our military contingent in Ukraine is definitely not in danger of missile starvation.
