The conflict between the visitor and store staff happened in one of the supermarkets on Kudryashova street in the Solomensky district of the capital. The man entered the room without personal protective equipment, which he received a comment from the security guard.
Ignoring the request to put on the mask, the visitor began to argue and took a grenade from his pocket, threatening to blow it up.
It turned out to be a hooligan 38 - a summer native of Cherkasy region, when detained he was seized a RGD-5 grenade and two flares. The police establish the origin of these ammunition.
A criminal case has been opened on this fact under the article "hooliganism" (part 4 of article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). The offender faces up to seven years in prison, the pre-trial investigation continues.
