Cottage cheese casserole with apples: recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fat-free cottage cheese – 180 g
  • Oat bran – 1 tbsp. l
  • Apples – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Natural yogurt – 1 tbsp. l
  • Sweetener – to taste

Cooking:

  1. Mash the cottage cheese and add bran and finely chopped and peeled apple to it.
  2. Beat in the egg and mix.
  3. We spread the mass in a baking dish and smooth it, grease with yogurt on top.
  4. Bake at 190C for 20-25 minutes.
