  • 20 g ground coffee
  • 50 g orange juice
  • 5 g orange peel
  • 1 tsp fructose
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon


  1. Combine orange zest, cinnamon and coffee.
  2. Mix orange juice with a spoonful of fructose.
  3. Pour both ingredients into the Turk and make coffee.

Iced coffee with orange juice


  • 3 teaspoons of coffee
  • 300 g oranges
  • 5 g orange peel
  • 2 tbsp. l. heavy cream
  • 250 g water
  • sugar to taste

  1. Make coffee and put it in the refrigerator to cool.
  2. Cut the oranges into 2 halves and squeeze out the juice.
  3. Pour orange juice, iced coffee, sugar and cream into the blender bowl.
  4. Whisk all ingredients on high speed for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour the orange coffee into tall glasses and garnish with orange zest. You can add chocolate syrup or whipped cream to your drink. What a cold cocktail without ice!
