How to make chicken and sesame salad

Today we have prepared for you a simple pineapple salad recipe that will not leave indifferent any guest at your table.

  • 1/3 Chinese cabbage
  • salt to taste
  • spices to taste
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 250 g chicken fillet
  • 300 g canned pineapple
  • 1 tsp sesame
  • 2 tbsp. l. balsamic
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100 g hard cheese


Preheat the oven at 180 degrees, and in the meantime, prepare the meat. Slice the chicken fillet lengthways and beat with a kitchen hammer. Sprinkle the meat with spices and salt to taste, and brush with soy sauce and vegetable oil. Sprinkle the fillet with sesame seeds and send to bake in a preheated oven.

Fillets can also be simply grilled or in a regular skillet if you want to speed up the cooking process.

Cool the finished fillet and cut into thin strips. Wash the bell peppers, drain and also cut into thin strips. Send the ingredients to the salad bowl.

Now pick small pieces of the top of the Chinese cabbage, and cut the bottom of the leaves into strips, like the previous ingredients.

Depending on what kind of canned pineapple you have (in rings or pieces), cut it into small cubes or simply strain it from excess juice and send it to the salad bowl. Grate cheese in strips on a fine grater and also add to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Next, in a small deep container, mix the mayonnaise with balsamic until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

And it remains only to thoroughly mix all the components of the salad, adding salt and mayonnaise dressing.
