To evenly weld pipes at different angles, it is required to make an accurate cut, which is impossible without a prepared template. Usually it is adjusted strictly for one docking parameter. The proposed template allows you to mark the pipe end for welding at absolutely any angle.

Materials:
- welding electrodes 2-3 mm;
- PET bottles;
- ear sticks;
- bicycle camera.
Template making process
To make a template, you need a lot of even rods of steel wire. Welding electrodes that have been stripped of the coating are ideal for this.

You need to cut them in half and process them from the ends so that they do not have sharp corners.

On a piece of pipe, the same diameter for which the welding template is made, you need to wind paper. Then the cut-off central part of the PET bottle is put on top and shrinked with a hairdryer. After shrinkage, the resulting plastic tube is removed.

A wide ring from a bicycle tube is pulled over a steel tube. This is needed to drag it onto the plastic tube.

After that, steel rods are inserted under the rubber band around the entire circumference. The gaps between them are filled with plastic ear stick tubes.

The resulting structure is put on a steel pipe; on top of it, another center of a plastic bottle must be shrunk with a hairdryer.

After that, the template can be placed in place and the rods can be pulled out of the body to the stop, which will allow it to take the shape of the end of the tube for welding. Then it is put on the workpiece, and marking is done on it.

The part cut in this way will fit perfectly.
