There are many ways to keep your skin looking young and healthy. But I want to share my experience.

I often make refreshing ice cubes from herbal infusions. To do this, I simply freeze decoctions of chamomile, sage, calendula, etc. in special forms for ice.

I store them in plastic bags and wipe my face with them in the morning and evening every day. These “washes” tighten pores and refresh the complexion.

To combat fine lines around the eyes and lips, I use my grandmother’s advice. Every day, at night, I lubricate problem areas with an oil solution of vitamins A and E, which are sold in every pharmacy.

A gentle scrub for mixed skin types. Mix 1 tablespoon of sour cream and 1 teaspoon of fine table salt. Apply to the area of ​​the nose, forehead and under the beard with gentle movements. Massage lightly and rinse with water. This scrub nourishes the skin and gently cleanses the pores, eliminates blackheads.

To strengthen my hair, I make a mask of colorless Iranian henna twice a week. And I rub the body with its remnants and leave it for 10 minutes – the effect is amazing! The skin becomes smoother and more toned.

For lovers of saunas and baths, I recommend trying natural peeling, which was known back in the days of Cleopatra. Thoroughly mix 3 tablespoons of warm (not boiled!) Milk and 1 tablespoon of honey. Apply the resulting gruel to damp skin and leave for 20 minutes. Wash off with water without detergents.
